Chaipattana Foundation Hosts 2026 Camellia Oil Festival at Emsphere

The Chaipattana Foundation, in collaboration with The Mall Group, has announced the '2026 Camellia Oil Festival: The Miracle Oil for Health,' scheduled to take place from October 2 to 18, 2026. The event will be held at the M Market Hall on the G floor of the Emsphere shopping center in Bangkok.

During a press conference held on September 21 at the Sphere Gallery, Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Senior Advisor to the Chaipattana Foundation, demonstrated the preparation of a stir-fried bean sprout dish. This specific recipe was noted as a favorite of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, and the demonstration highlighted the use of camellia seed oil as a healthy cooking alternative. The festival aims to educate the public on the nutritional benefits of camellia oil and encourage its integration into daily diets through various health-focused products and culinary applications.

Additionally, vascular surgeon Dr. Nantapol Pongrattanaman, known as 'Doctor Top,' participated in the event to provide expert insights on anti-inflammatory diets.
