  1. Purpose of the service and important limits

SawaLife is an information platform, a set of practical tools and a peer-to-peer connection service to prepare, succeed in and live a project in Thailand: verified articles and guides, currency conversion tools, visa orientation, a city directory, peer-to-peer marketplaces, the Sawa+ member network (meeting people, skills and projects), a directory of local partners and news.

SawaLife is not a travel agency, an immigration authority, a legal, accounting, medical, financial or insurance firm, a real estate agency, a matchmaking agency, or an employer. No content on the service constitutes professional advice, an official eligibility decision or an emergency service. Always verify any important or time-sensitive information with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional before relying on it.

  2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and be legally allowed to use the service, to create a SawaLife account. Creating a Sawa+ profile is additionally strictly reserved to people aged 18 or over, verified again at every activation.

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your profile up to date, protect the confidentiality of your password, and notify us without delay of any unauthorised use of your account. An account is personal: you may not transfer, lend or share your credentials, or create multiple accounts to bypass a restriction, suspension or usage limit.

  3. Acceptable use

Do not use SawaLife in a way that harms its security or availability, involves large-scale automated data collection (scraping, bots, bulk extraction), publishes unlawful, infringing, misleading, discriminatory or harmful content, impersonates someone else, harasses another user, distributes malware, bypasses a security or moderation control, or exploits the service for purposes unrelated to it (unsolicited commercial outreach, disguised recruitment, collecting data for third-party advertising).

Any violation may result in the removal of the content concerned, a warning, temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account, without notice in the event of a security emergency.

  4. Content you publish

You remain the owner of the text, photos and messages you publish on SawaLife (marketplace listing, Sawa+ profile, review, contact message). By publishing them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence necessary to host, display, moderate, technically resize and operate this content as part of the service; this licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to copies kept for security, moderation evidence or legal obligation purposes.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over everything you publish and are solely responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness. An automated safety check applies to certain content (photos, messages) before publication; ambiguous cases may be held for human review.

  5. Peer-to-peer marketplace

SawaLife provides several peer-to-peer marketplaces (private listings, local services, vehicle rentals, real estate, business transfers, street food). Each category has its own detailed terms, available in the corresponding tab of this page.

In every case: SawaLife is never a party to the transaction between users, does not handle payment, delivery or escrow for these exchanges, and does not guarantee the quality, legality or outcome of any transaction. You contract directly with the other user and must verify their identity, terms and the exchange's compliance with applicable Thai law yourself.

  6. Sawa+

Sawa+ is SawaLife's member network, reserved for adult members who activate it voluntarily, to meet people, find or offer digital skills, and propose or join projects. It is not a dating service. Sawa+ profiles are visible to Sawa+ members only; a member may choose to make their skills or a project public. SawaLife is not an employer, a recruitment agency, a payment intermediary or a party to any agreement between members, and collaboration payments take place outside the platform. Its use is governed by its own terms, community rules and privacy notice, available in the "Sawa+" tab of this page, which supplement these terms.

  7. SawaLife Club and Rewards program

Where enabled for your account, the SawaLife Club and Rewards program let you earn non-monetary SawaPoints from confirmed interactions with participating Partners and redeem them for closed, single-use vouchers. SawaPoints are not money, e-money, a deposit, or any form of financial instrument: they cannot be bought, sold, transferred between members, or exchanged for cash, and any voucher obtained through them is non-transferable and tied to the member, Partner and offer it was issued for.

Using this program requires accepting a dedicated Rewards agreement, presented and electronically signed the first time you access your Rewards wallet; its full text remains available from your dashboard at any time. Access to the program is entirely at SawaLife's discretion and is not guaranteed to any member or Partner.

  8. Editorial information and live data

We work to verify published information (articles, guides, practical sheets, news), but administrative rules, availability, weather data, air quality, exchange rates and other third-party data may change or be temporarily unavailable. Cited sources, review dates and warnings displayed are part of the information itself; where there is a discrepancy, the cited official source always prevails.

Some content, including certain marketplace and community messages, is automatically translated using artificial intelligence tools, in some cases under editorial supervision; see the "Editorial" tab of this page for details of our verification and translation principles.

  9. Partners and external links

A partner listing, a verification badge, a link or an introduction does not constitute a recommendation, a mandate, a booking, a quote or a guarantee from SawaLife. You contract directly with the partner or third party concerned and must assess their terms, prices, competence and suitability for your needs yourself. The details of the mutual commitments between SawaLife and its partners are set out in the "Partners" tab of this page.

  10. Payments

Using SawaLife as a member is currently free: there is no member subscription, paid plan, paid option or usage quota, and members cannot buy extra visibility for their listings. SawaLife is funded by its partner businesses. Any billing of businesses (such as the optional Partner Pro subscription described in the "Partners" tab) is handled separately under the partner terms; those payments are processed by our provider Stripe and SawaLife never stores any card data.

  11. SawaLife intellectual property

SawaLife and its licensors retain all rights over the platform, its brand, design, code and own editorial content. You are granted a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms; any unauthorised reproduction, extraction or reuse of the platform or its content is prohibited.

  12. Availability, suspension and termination

The service may evolve, be temporarily interrupted or modified for maintenance, security, legal compliance or operational reasons, without SawaLife being liable for the resulting temporary unavailability. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. SawaLife may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent conduct, or a risk to the safety of other users or the platform.

  13. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SawaLife excludes liability for indirect losses, decisions made solely on the basis of the service's content, and the acts or omissions of other users, partners or third parties. This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (in particular in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or infringement of mandatory consumer rights).

  14. Changes, governing law, disputes and contact

We may update these terms and each category's terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons; the applicable version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date. Where necessary, renewed acceptance may be requested. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules you benefit from in your country of residence. We encourage you to contact [email protected] first to resolve any disagreement directly; failing an amicable resolution, and subject to any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings before the courts of your own country of residence, disputes are submitted to the Courts of England and Wales sitting in London, United Kingdom. For any question, contact [email protected].

Private Listings Terms

These terms apply to any listing for the sale of goods between individuals published in the Private Listings category, in addition to the general terms of use.

  1. Purpose

The Private Listings category lets a member sell new or second-hand goods (electronics, furniture, clothing, sports equipment, etc.) directly to another member. It does not cover the provision of services, rentals, or the sale of a business, which are covered by other categories.

  2. Who can post a listing

Posting a listing requires a SawaLife account with a verified email address. Each listing must correspond to an item you genuinely own and have available for sale; you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the title, description, price, declared condition (new, like new, good, fair) and photos published.

  3. Prohibited items

It is forbidden to list: weapons, ammunition or explosives; drugs, narcotics or related paraphernalia; alcohol, tobacco or e-cigarettes; medicines or prescription products; protected species, ivory or wildlife products; counterfeit goods; stolen goods; identity documents, passports or bank details; cryptocurrency; disguised job offers; goods actually being offered for rent; services disguised as the sale of an item; or any form of escort or sexual service. Any such listing is removed without notice and may lead to account suspension.

  4. Duration and status

A published listing stays visible for 90 days, then expires automatically unless renewed; you may mark it as reserved, sold or archive it at any time. Members cannot buy extra visibility: SawaLife may, at its discretion and free of charge, feature some listings (top of category or homepage) for a limited period, which does not guarantee a sale or a number of contacts.

  5. Contact and transaction

SawaLife forwards your contact request to the seller but is never a party to the transaction: we do not handle payment, delivery, escrow or any warranty on the item sold. Check the item's actual condition before any payment, prefer handing it over in person in a safe place, and be wary of any request for advance payment via a non-traceable method.

  6. Moderation and reporting

Every listing and every report may be reviewed by our moderation team, which may remove content or suspend an account for failing to comply with these terms, without notice in the event of a security emergency.

Local Services Terms

These terms apply to local service providers (independents or small businesses) who offer their services to SawaLife members.

  1. Purpose

The Local Services category lets an independent provider or small business (tutoring, cleaning, handyman work, coaching, administrative services, etc.) present their activity and be contacted directly by interested members.

  2. No employment relationship

SawaLife is not an employer, a staffing agency, or an employment intermediary. The provider acts entirely independently; no subordination relationship exists between SawaLife and the provider, or between SawaLife and the member who contacts them.

  3. Provider's legal obligations

The provider is solely responsible for holding any professional licence, work permit or registration required by Thai law to legally carry out their activity, and for complying with their tax and social obligations. SawaLife does not systematically verify these elements and cannot guarantee their compliance.

  4. Listing content

The service description, coverage area, indicative rates and availability shown must be accurate and kept up to date. Any listing promoting an illegal activity, an activity not registered where registration is required, or falling under the prohibited categories described in the private listings terms, is removed without notice.

  5. Contact, quotes and payment

SawaLife forwards the contact request to the provider; the quote, price negotiation and payment for the service take place directly between the member and the provider, without any involvement or commission from SawaLife at this stage.

  6. Duration, moderation and liability

A listing stays visible for 90 days, renewable. It can be removed by our moderation team in the event of a well-founded report or non-compliance with these terms. SawaLife is not a party to the service agreed and assumes no liability for its quality, execution or outcome.

Vehicle Rentals Terms

These terms apply to any listing for the rental of a scooter, motorcycle or car published between individuals or by a small local agency.

  1. Purpose

The Vehicle Rentals category lets an owner or small agency offer the rental of a scooter, motorcycle or car directly to another member, for a duration they agree between themselves.

  2. Licence, insurance and compliance: your responsibility

The lessor and the renter are each solely responsible for verifying, before any vehicle handover: the validity of a driving licence recognised in Thailand (Thai licence or international driving permit depending on duration and vehicle type), the existence and scope of insurance covering the rental, the vehicle's registration and roadworthiness, and compliance with the Thai highway code. SawaLife does not verify, insure or guarantee any vehicle listed on the platform.

  3. Prohibited items and uses

Any listing for a stolen or unregistered vehicle, or promoting weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, counterfeit goods, identity documents, bank details, cryptocurrency, disguised job offers or escort services, is forbidden and removed without notice.

  4. Recommended condition report

We strongly recommend making and keeping a photographic and written condition report of the vehicle (mileage, scratches, fuel level) before handing over the keys and upon return, to prevent any dispute over the vehicle's condition.

  5. Listing duration

A rental listing stays visible for 90 days, renewable, regardless of the rental period agreed with each renter.

  6. Accidents and disputes

SawaLife does not intervene in any way in the event of an accident, damage, theft or dispute occurring during the rental period: these situations are settled exclusively between the lessor and the renter, where applicable with their respective insurers and the competent authorities.

  7. Moderation and liability

Any listing or reported behaviour may be reviewed by our moderation team. SawaLife is not a party to the rental agreement and assumes no liability for the vehicle's condition, its use, or the consequences of an accident.

Real Estate Terms

These terms apply to any listing for the rental or sale of a property (apartment, house, land, commercial premises) published in the Real Estate category.

  1. Purpose

The Real Estate category lets an owner, agent or authorised member publish a listing for the rental or sale of a property located in Thailand, specifying its type (apartment, house, land, commercial premises), price or rent, size and features.

  2. No systematic identity verification at this stage

SawaLife does not systematically verify the lister's identity, their title deed, their authority to represent the owner, or the accuracy of the land title (chanote) associated with the property. Before any commitment, verify these elements yourself directly with the lister, the relevant Land Department office, or a qualified professional.

  3. Thai regulations on foreign ownership

Property ownership by foreign nationals is strictly regulated by Thai law: a foreigner generally cannot own land in their own name (subject to limited legal exceptions), and foreign ownership of condominium units is capped at 49% of the total floor area of a given building. SawaLife provides no legal advice on these matters; consult a lawyer specialising in Thai real estate law before any financial commitment.

  4. Prohibition of illegal nominee arrangements

It is strictly forbidden to publish or propose, via a SawaLife listing, a nominee arrangement intended to circumvent the legal land-ownership restrictions applicable to foreigners. Any listing suggesting such an arrangement is removed without notice and may be reported to the competent authorities.

  5. Listing duration

A real estate listing stays visible for 90 days, renewable.

  6. No commission or handling of funds by SawaLife

SawaLife receives no commission on any real estate transaction concluded between users and never handles a deposit, down payment or funds related to the transaction. We recommend using a notary or lawyer for the drafting and security of any sale or lease contract before signature.

  7. Moderation and liability

Any listing may be reviewed by our moderation team and removed for non-compliance with these terms. SawaLife is not a party to the transaction and assumes no liability for the property's condition, the validity of the title, or the outcome of the negotiation.

Business Transfer Terms

These terms apply to any listing for the transfer of a business or company (café, hair salon, cleaning service, restaurant, retail shop, other activity) published in the Businesses for Sale category.

  1. Purpose

This category lets a member offer the transfer of their business (goodwill, shares or company) directly to another member, with a description of the activity, its asking price and its main features.

  2. No financial or legal verification by SawaLife

Revenue, results, debts, commercial leases, operating licences, staff headcount and any other information declared by the seller are neither verified nor guaranteed by SawaLife. We do not carry out any prior audit of listings in this category beyond the content-compliance check described below.

  3. Buyer's duty of due diligence

Before any commitment or deposit payment, we strongly recommend having an independent accounting and legal audit of the business carried out (financial statements, licences, leases, ongoing disputes, tax and social compliance) by a qualified professional in Thailand.

  4. Prohibited content and activities

Any listing concerning an illegal or unregistered activity, involving weapons, drugs, stolen goods, identity documents, cryptocurrency or escort services, or promoting counterfeit goods, is forbidden and removed without notice.

  5. Duration, moderation and liability

A listing stays visible for 90 days, renewable, and can be removed by our moderation team for non-compliance with these terms. SawaLife is not a party to the transfer, does not draft, review or validate any transfer agreement, and assumes no liability for the accuracy of financial or legal information declared by the seller.

Street Food Terms

These terms apply to street food, food truck, night-market stall and pop-up vendors who publish a listing in the Street Food category.

  1. Purpose

This category showcases street food vendors (food truck, street cart, night-market stall, pop-up) and their locations, to help members find them.

  2. Health compliance and local licences: your responsibility

Each vendor is solely responsible for holding the health, municipal and business authorisations required by Thai law to sell food to the public at their locations. SawaLife does not verify these authorisations and cannot guarantee their validity.

  3. Multiple locations

A vendor may publish up to three locations and dates of presence. This information is provided by the vendor for guidance only and may change without notice; verify the vendor's actual presence before travelling if the information is not recent.

  4. Prohibited content and products

Any listing promoting alcohol or tobacco sold without a licence, meat not compliant with health rules, counterfeit products, or any illegal activity, is forbidden and removed without notice.

  5. Duration, moderation and liability

A listing stays visible for 90 days, renewable, and can be removed by our moderation team in the event of a well-founded report. SawaLife guarantees neither the hygiene, quality nor safety of products sold by a listed vendor; consumption is at your own risk.

Sawa+ Terms of Use

Sawa+ is the member network of the SawaLife platform, offered by SawaLife Ltd and restricted to adults. It lets members meet people, find or offer digital skills, and propose or join projects. These terms complement SawaLife's general terms of use and apply as soon as you activate Sawa+.

  1. Purpose and scope

Sawa+ lets members create one network profile and use it for one or more goals: meeting people (friendship, outings, cultural exchange, shared activities), skills (offering your own digital skills or finding someone else's) and projects (proposing a digital project or applying to join one). Sawa+ is not a dating or matchmaking service, an escort service, an employer, a recruitment or staffing agency, or a commercial or payment intermediary: it is a tool for connecting individuals, used at your own responsibility.

  2. Eligibility, personal account and accuracy of information

Sawa+ is strictly limited to people aged 18 or older. Your age is checked automatically from your date of birth at every activation; registering on behalf of a minor or another person is never permitted. Your profile, skills card and projects must be personal, accurate and kept up to date; you are solely responsible for what you publish, including the skills, experience and availability you declare.

  3. Voluntary activation and consents

Activating Sawa+ is voluntary and separate from your basic SawaLife account. It requires your explicit, time-stamped and versioned acceptance of your age, these terms, the community rules and the Sawa+ privacy notice. An additional, separate and optional consent is requested if you choose to share a precise location rather than only your city.

  4. Visibility: members-only by default, public only by your choice

Your Sawa+ profile is visible only to signed-in Sawa+ members, according to the field-by-field settings you choose. Your skills card and each of your projects are members-only by default; you may choose to make them public, in which case they can be viewed by anyone, including search engines, until you switch them back to members-only. Meeting-related information (questionnaire, interests, photos, location) is never made public.

  5. Skills and projects: SawaLife is not a party

Any collaboration, assignment, service, partnership or volunteering arranged through Sawa+ is agreed directly and exclusively between the members concerned. SawaLife is not a party to these agreements, does not recruit, employ, place or pay anyone, does not verify qualifications or references, takes no commission and does not hold or transfer funds. Members are responsible for agreeing in writing on roles, deliverables, payment, intellectual property and confidentiality, and for complying with applicable law, in particular Thai rules on work permits, business registration and taxation.

  6. Moderation of skills cards and projects

Skills cards and projects may be reviewed by our team before they are shown to members, and may be refused, returned for changes or taken offline if they do not comply with these terms, the community rules or the law (for example: undisclosed paid recruitment, multi-level marketing, requests for upfront payment, or work that would be illegal for the people concerned).

  7. No guarantee of any outcome

Sawa+ provides discovery, matching and messaging tools without guaranteeing that you will meet anyone, receive a reply, find a collaborator or complete a project. Compatibility scores and suggestions are indicative only and are neither a promise nor an assessment of another member's personality, skills or intentions.

  8. Expected conduct between members

You agree to interact respectfully and honestly: do not misrepresent your identity, skills, intentions or situation, respect another member's refusal or silence, and do not use Sawa+ for purposes unrelated to its aims, such as advertising, mass prospecting, proselytising or undisclosed commercial activity.

  9. Not a dating service; no paid services or exploitation

Romantic or sexual solicitation, escorting, "sugar dating" and any offer of money, gifts or benefits in exchange for a relationship or a meeting are forbidden. Any form of sexual exploitation, trafficking or forced labour is strictly forbidden and results in immediate suspension and, where the law allows, a report to the relevant authorities.

  10. Fraud, scams and financial solicitation

Never ask another member for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, bank details or identity documents, including as a "deposit", "training fee" or "registration fee" for a project or an assignment. Fake job or project offers, suspicious investment proposals and fake profiles are forbidden and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

  11. Harassment, hate and discrimination

Sawa+ does not tolerate hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic or otherwise discriminatory remarks or behaviour, nor harassment, insults, threats or intimidation, including after a block or outside the platform when the contact started on Sawa+.

  12. Unsolicited sexual content and nudity

Sending sexual photos, messages or links is forbidden, and so is nudity in profile photos.

  13. Absolute protection of minors

Any use of Sawa+ by or targeting a minor is strictly forbidden and results in immediate suspension and a report to the relevant authorities. A profile suspected of belonging to a minor, or any approach, grooming or exploitation targeting a minor, must be reported immediately.

  14. Impersonation, fake profiles, spam and advertising

You may have only one Sawa+ profile, matching your real identity. Impersonation, using someone else's photos or portfolio, fake profiles, unsolicited advertising, commercial canvassing and mass messaging are forbidden.

  15. Content you post and limited licence

You remain the owner of your photos, texts, portfolio links, project descriptions and messages. By posting them on Sawa+, you grant SawaLife a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display to the people allowed by your visibility settings (or publicly when you choose it), moderate and operate the service; this licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to copies kept for security or legal reasons. You warrant that you hold the rights to what you publish.

  16. SawaLife's intellectual property

SawaLife and its licensors keep all rights over the Sawa+ brand, the questionnaire, the matching features and the platform elements not provided by you. You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use, limited to use in line with these terms.

  17. Moderation, reporting and sanctions

We may review any content or report, hide a profile, skills card or project, remove content, or suspend an account in case of a confirmed or suspected breach of these terms or the community rules, without prior notice in a safety emergency. When a member reports or blocks another, both stop seeing each other on Sawa+.

  18. Pause, deletion and termination

You can pause your Sawa+ profile (it is hidden from discovery, your conversations stay available) or delete it without deleting your SawaLife account. Deletion removes your Sawa+ profile, answers, photos, preferences, saved items and Sawa+ consents; your projects and skills card are taken offline. SawaLife may end your access to Sawa+ in case of a serious or repeated breach.

  19. Offline safety

SawaLife does not organise, supervise or guarantee any meeting, collaboration or exchange between members. You are solely responsible for your safety and for checking the people you deal with; read the Sawa+ safety guide before any first meeting or collaboration.

  20. Liability and limits of the service

Sawa+ is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability, accuracy of profiles, skills or projects, or any outcome. To the extent permitted by law, SawaLife is not liable for another member's acts, statements, work or omissions, nor for any loss arising from a meeting, a collaboration or a payment between members, without excluding liabilities or mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.

  21. Free service, changes, governing law and contact

Sawa+ is free for members: there is no subscription, no paid visibility and no contact quota. Processing of your personal data is described in the Sawa+ privacy notice. We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons and will identify the applicable version; renewed acceptance may be requested. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact: [email protected].

SawaLife partnership general terms

These terms apply to any business or activity admitted to the SawaLife "Trusted Partner" programme. They set out what every partner agrees to when joining the programme, and the commitments SawaLife makes in return. The full admission process is detailed on the application page.

How the partner directory works

  • Only active partner profiles, manually verified through the SawaLife admission process, appear in the public directory.
  • Verification is a trust signal provided by SawaLife; it is neither a recommendation nor a guarantee of the quality of a partner's services.
  • Assess the provider, its services and the terms of any offer independently before engaging it.
  • A contact request sent to a partner is a lead to the provider, not an endorsement or a service contract concluded by SawaLife.
  • Restaurant pages in the SawaLife restaurant guide are separate from this directory. SawaLife compiles them from public information, member recommendations and its own visits; a restaurant can ask for a change, or for its page to be removed, at any time.

What every partner agrees to

By joining the programme and confirming their application, every partner agrees to the following:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information about their business (contact details, prices, opening hours, conditions, photos), and notify SawaLife promptly of any change.
  • Offer a discount to SawaLife members presenting the official promotional code issued to them, under the terms agreed when the partnership was set up.
  • Honour the prices, conditions and availability shown on their SawaLife listing, unless clearly communicated otherwise to their customers.
  • Handle contact requests received through SawaLife with the same care as any other direct business enquiry.
  • Comply with all laws, regulations and tax obligations applicable to their business in Thailand.
  • Not use the SawaLife name, logo or partnership mention in a misleading, disparaging or unauthorized way.
  • Accept that SawaLife may suspend or remove their listing at any time in case of a breach of these terms, well-founded customer complaints, or behaviour contrary to the network's trust standard.
  • Understand that admission to the programme, verification and promotion remain at SawaLife's sole discretion, and do not constitute an acquired or permanent right.

What SawaLife commits to

In return, SawaLife commits to every partner accepted into the programme:

  • Present the partner listing in line with the mock-up jointly approved before publication, with no substantial change without the partner's prior agreement.
  • Take no commission or payment of any kind on sales or services delivered by the partner: SawaLife does not offer booking, escrow, or direct marketplace payments — transactions take place exclusively between the partner and their customer.
  • Keep the public directory listing itself visible free of charge for the agreed one-year period, with no hidden fee or surprise billing. This is separate from Partner Pro, an optional paid subscription unlocking additional dashboard tools (leads inbox, full statistics, business tools), whose own terms and pricing are presented before a partner chooses to subscribe.
  • Notify the partner before suspending their listing, except in case of immediate risk to the safety or reputation of the SawaLife community, where an immediate suspension may be necessary.
  • Protect data shared by the partner in line with the SawaLife privacy policy, and never resell it to third parties.
  • Give the partner sufficient advance notice of any significant change to the programme's terms before it applies to their ongoing partnership.
  • Handle every renewal or listing update request with the same care as the initial admission.
  • A restaurant that publishes offers or takes part in the SawaLife Club through its restaurant page does so free of charge: no fee, no commission, no commitment. Its offers are reviewed by SawaLife before publication and appear on restaurant pages only; the restaurant can end them, and leave the Club, at any time.
