Unity Yoga - Wellness center at Assava
Unity Yoga is a yoga and wellness provider on Koh Tao, Thailand, with classes held at several locations on the island, including the rooftop shala at Assava Diving Resort on Chalok Baan Kao beach.
The programme covers yoga classes in several styles (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Gentle Flow and Yin), wellness workshops such as ice bath, sound healing, breathwork, Reiki and Yoga Nidra, as well as private massage sessions by certified therapists.
Classes are booked online through the studio's schedule, and Thai massage training is also offered. The studio also welcomes guest yoga teachers to join its team.
