Thailand Announces Fuel Price Reductions Effective November 6
The Fuel Fund Management Committee has announced a decrease in retail fuel prices for both diesel and gasoline, effective November 6, 2026.
According to a report from Matichon Online, the Fuel Fund Management Committee (FFMC) has officially approved a reduction in retail fuel prices across Thailand. Starting November 6, 2026, the price of B7 diesel will be lowered by 0.75 baht per liter, while various gasoline products will see a reduction of 1 baht per liter. The committee stated that this adjustment is a direct response to the recent decline in global oil prices. For residents and travelers in Thailand, this price adjustment may lead to slightly lower transportation costs and could influence the pricing of goods and services that rely on logistics. While the price drop provides immediate relief at the pump, it remains to be confirmed how long these lower rates will be maintained, as they are subject to future fluctuations in the global energy market. Motorists are advised to check local service stations for the updated pricing as the changes take effect.
