Krungthai Bank Announces Temporary System Maintenance on September 24

Krungthai Bank has scheduled a five-hour service suspension for its digital platforms on September 24, affecting mobile banking and ATM services.

Krungthai Bank has issued an official notice regarding a scheduled system maintenance period set for September 24. During this window, the bank will suspend operations for several of its digital and automated services for a duration of five hours.

According to the announcement reported by Khaosod Online, the affected services include the Krungthai NEXT application, Krungthai ATM machines, KTB Corporate Online, Krungthai BUSINESS, the Pao Tang application, Krungthai COOP, and Boonterm kiosks. During this time, users will be unable to perform transfers, payments, or top-up transactions through these specific channels.

For residents and travelers in Thailand who rely on these digital banking tools, this maintenance may cause temporary inconvenience for daily financial activities. It is advisable to plan any necessary transactions, such as bill payments or fund transfers, outside of the maintenance window to avoid disruption.

While the bank has confirmed the suspension of these specific services, other banking channels not listed in the announcement are expected to remain operational. For further clarification or assistance, customers are encouraged to contact the Krungthai Contact Center at 02 111 1111. The bank has expressed its apologies for the inconvenience caused by this necessary system upgrade.
