Shantika Sound Healing is a sound-healing sanctuary and academy on Koh Samui, founded by sound healer and yoga teacher Svetlana Kaivalya (Lana). Set in Angthong (22/1 Moo 5, Ban Makham, Soi 11), the Samui Sanctuary has a studio with large windows, gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. Shantika also holds sessions in Bangkok (Shantika Bangkok Sanctuary, Srinagarindra Road) and at YogaNation in Singapore, and Svetlana is a visiting sound practitioner at wellness resorts on the island.
The offer covers public sound baths and gong meditations, private sessions at the sanctuary or at your villa or hotel, a Stress & Trauma Release sound-therapy programme, and gatherings such as the Big Gong Fest Samui, Full Moon ceremonies and Ecstatic Dance journeys with cacao and sound healing. Shantika Sound Academy runs certified sound-healing and sound-therapy trainings, including multi-day and 100-hour courses, and teaches Hand Pan, Rav Vast and guitar to beginners and advanced students.
