Aspire Coaching & Physio
Aspire Coaching & Physio is a private training studio and physiotherapy clinic in Jasmine City on Soi Sukhumvit 23, Asok. Its model puts a senior coach, degree-qualified physiotherapists and a nutrition coach on one shared plan, built from an initial assessment (InBody body composition, movement screen, strength tests) and adjusted after regular retests. Sessions are one to one or semi-private in small groups the client brings; there are no group classes.
Founder Dan Remon holds an ICF coaching certification, TPI Level 2 in golf fitness and IYCA Level 2 in youth fitness, and has coached in Bangkok for over two decades. The team of nine coaches and physiotherapists includes CSCS-certified strength coaches and physiotherapists whose degrees include studies in Amsterdam, Ghent and Glasgow, and coaching is offered in English, Thai, Dutch, Korean and Chinese depending on the coach.
Beyond personal training and physiotherapy, the studio runs healthspan testing (blood panel, VO2 max, grip, HRV) read with its medical partner Orba Health, as well as golf fitness, youth fitness, life and performance coaching and corporate programmes.
