According to a report by Thai Post, Deputy Prime Minister for Legal Affairs Pakorn Nilprapunt chaired the fourth and final meeting of the committee tasked with investigating allegations of fraud in the 2025 local government recruitment examinations. The committee was established to examine both the facts and legal aspects surrounding the reported irregularities in the hiring process for local government officials.

During the session, Pakorn indicated that the committee has completed its review and is now preparing to submit its findings to the Prime Minister. Regarding the potential consequences for those involved in the alleged misconduct, Pakorn stated that individuals will be held accountable for their own actions, using the phrase "karma is individual."
