Udon Thani Woman Files Lawsuit Following Husband's Infidelity

A 41-year-old woman residing in Udon Thani has publicly announced her decision to pursue legal action against her 36-year-old husband, a civil servant at the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, and his mistress. According to a report by Khaosod Online, the wife sought the assistance of a private investigation team to monitor her husband’s behavior after suspecting an affair with a nurse from Nong Khai.

The situation escalated on August 1, 2026, which marked the fourth birthday of the couple's daughter. The husband reportedly told his family he was occupied with urgent official duties and could not attend the celebration. However, investigators discovered that he was not working but had instead checked into a hotel with the nurse. During this time, the young child reportedly attempted to call her father multiple times, only to be told he was busy with work.
