Reports suggest this individual may have used a name change to obtain a law license.

Confusion arose regarding the identity of the lawyer in question, as his surname matches that of Phattharapong Suphakson, widely known as 'Attorney Aun Buriram,' a figure active in local political movements. On July 29, 2026, Phattharapong released a video responding to the rumors, using aggressive language that has since drawn criticism. He later clarified in a July 31 interview that he is not the individual with the criminal record, citing his educational and travel history between 1999 and 2006 as evidence of his whereabouts during the period in question.
