Arrest Warrants Issued in Case of Missing Russian Siblings in Chonburi

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, police have issued arrest warrants for two individuals, identified as Pong and Thong, in connection with the theft of a Honda ADV 150 motorcycle. The vehicle belonged to two Russian siblings who have been reported missing since the early hours of July 26, 2026.

Authorities discovered the motorcycle, which had been dismantled and buried in an old cemetery near the Chak Taeng intersection in Huai Yai, Bang Lamung, Chonburi. In addition to the warrants, police have detained two associates suspected of assisting in the disposal of the vehicle parts and facilitating an escape. A joint task force, including Pattaya tourist police and Chonburi immigration officers, is currently conducting search operations in the area.
