ISOC Mobilizes to Assist Citizens with 2026 State Welfare Card Appeals

According to Khaosod Online, the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) has mobilized its nationwide network to support citizens in verifying their eligibility, filing appeals, and correcting information for the 2026 State Welfare Card program. This initiative follows a cabinet resolution to extend the review and appeal period from July 31 to August 31, 2026, providing applicants with additional time to finalize their documentation.

Prime Minister and ISOC Director Anutin Charnvirakul has directed all relevant agencies to facilitate this process to ensure widespread access to state benefits and minimize the number of eligible individuals who might otherwise be excluded. Applicants may submit documents for data correction to qualification verification units until September 20, 2026. Those who successfully pass the review process, including both existing and new beneficiaries, are scheduled to begin utilizing their welfare benefits on October 1, 2026.

For residents, this extension is significant as it provides a final window to rectify potential errors in their welfare applications.
