A man identified as Mr. Somchai allegedly attacked his brother-in-law, Mr. Thanawat, following a dispute reportedly involving loud music.

Witness testimony provided by the victim’s nine-year-old son, who was present during the incident, indicates that the victim instructed him to hide under a bed before the suspect returned to the scene. The suspect reportedly used both a firearm and a knife to attack the victim. Despite the victim’s attempt to call the police for assistance, he succumbed to his injuries. The child remained in the room and assisted authorities by providing the location of the incident over the phone.
