Thai Government Reports Progress in EU-Thailand FTA Negotiations

According to a report by Prachachat Business on July 28, 2026, the Thai government has announced significant progress in its Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations with the European Union. Lalida Peritwiwatana, Deputy Spokesperson for the Prime Minister’s Office, stated that approximately two-thirds of the negotiation process is nearing a conclusion.
