Stock Exchange of Thailand Reports Strong Growth for JUMP+ Program Participants

Prachachat Business One source

The Stock Exchange of Thailand announced that 142 companies participating in the JUMP+ program achieved a combined net profit of 211 billion baht in the first half of 2026.

According to a report by Prachachat Business, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has released positive performance data for the JUMP+ program covering the first half of 2026. The 142 listed companies involved in the initiative recorded a combined net profit of 211 billion baht, representing a 42.3% increase compared to their three-year historical average. This growth highlights a significant upward trend for these participating firms. To further capitalize on this momentum, the SET is collaborating with DBS Vickers (DBSV) to organize a roadshow in Malaysia. This initiative aims to present seven of these high-performing companies to 15 institutional investment funds, with the goal of attracting increased foreign capital into the Thai market. For residents and investors, this data suggests a period of robust financial health for these specific listed entities, which may influence broader market sentiment. However, it remains to be confirmed how these individual company successes will translate into long-term stability for the wider Thai economy or if the roadshow will successfully secure the targeted foreign investment. Observers are waiting to see if this growth trajectory continues throughout the remainder of the year.
