15-Year-Old Seeks Justice Over Alleged Land Sale Fraud Involving Ministerial Advisor
A teenager has sought public assistance after an individual claiming to be a ministerial advisor allegedly failed to pay for a land inheritance.
On October 21, 2026, a 15-year-old girl sought help from activist Rapee Chamnanrue regarding a dispute over a land inheritance. According to the teenager, her late father had entered into a contract in January 2023 to purchase a plot of land measuring approximately 1 rai, 1 ngan, and 20 square wah in Thung Luk Nok, Kamphaeng Saen District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The agreement was made with an individual identified as 'Mr. S,' who acted as a power-of-attorney holder for the landowner, for a total price of 2.5 million baht.
The girl reported that her father paid a 500,000 baht deposit and agreed to pay the remaining 2 million baht in installments. However, she alleges that an individual claiming to be a ministerial advisor has failed to fulfill payment obligations related to the sale of this land, which was intended as an inheritance for her and her mother.
For residents and visitors, this case highlights the importance of verifying the credentials of individuals involved in property transactions and ensuring that all land contracts are legally binding and properly registered with the Land Department. As of now, the identity of the accused individual and the specific details of the alleged breach of contract remain to be confirmed by official investigations.
