SME Association Requests Expansion of 'Thai Helps Thai Plus Phase 2' Eligibility
The Thai SME Association has formally requested that the government increase the revenue threshold for businesses participating in the 'Thai Helps Thai Plus Phase 2' stimulus program.
According to a report by Matichon Online on September 18, 2026, the Thai SME Association has submitted a formal request to Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and Ekniti Nitithanprapas. The association is seeking to raise the revenue ceiling for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) eligible for the 'Thai Helps Thai Plus Phase 2' initiative.
Currently, the program is designed to support smaller businesses, but the association argues that increasing the revenue threshold to include shops earning up to 5 million baht would allow a broader range of local businesses to benefit from the government's economic stimulus measures.
