Panyapiwat Institute of Management Marks Nearly Two Decades of Work-Integrated Education

As Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) approaches its 20th anniversary, the institution is reflecting on its founding philosophy, which emphasizes that education should extend beyond the classroom to integrate directly with the professional world. According to Khaosod Online, the university was established based on the personal experiences of Korsak Chairasmisak, Chairman of the Executive Committee of CP All, who balanced evening university studies with full-time work during his youth.

Korsak noted that his own experience revealed a significant disconnect between traditional academic training and the practical demands of the workforce, famously observing that many graduates lacked the necessary skills to perform effectively in real-world roles.
