On September 11, 2026, Kittinan Khamkhun, a digital agriculture activist from Chiang Mai, filed a formal complaint with the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). The petition requests an investigation into the ethical conduct and performance of certain commissioners at the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC).
