The Miss Thailand 2027 pageant has officially commenced under the leadership of Captain Cat (Pol. Capt. Dr. Athitiya Benjapak), CEO of Cat Unique Co., Ltd. According to Khaosod Online, the company has secured the rights to organize the prestigious event for three years, from 2027 to 2029, following an agreement with the Vajiravudh College Alumni Association under Royal Patronage.
During a press conference held at BTS Visionary Park, Captain Cat introduced the theme 'The Golden Era,' emphasizing a commitment to transparency and the elimination of favoritism. The pageant aims to evolve beyond a traditional beauty contest, serving as a platform for modern Thai women to showcase their intellect, leadership, and capabilities.
