Anti-Corruption Lawyer Pursues Legal Action Against Former Port Authority Director
Following a court dismissal of a case against former DSI officials, lawyer Kritsada Intamara has obtained documents alleging misconduct by a former Port Authority of Thailand director.
On September 2, 2026, lawyer Kritsada Intamara, known as the 'Anti-Corruption Lawyer,' appeared at the Central Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases in Taling Chan. The court dismissed a case filed by Kritsada against a former Deputy Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) and three others regarding a 2014 special case.
While the court rejected the lawsuit, Kritsada stated that the proceedings allowed him to obtain critical evidence submitted by the DSI to the court. According to Kritsada, these documents reveal a timeline of events dating back to a 2017 complaint filed by the Port Authority of Thailand (PAT). The evidence allegedly indicates that a former director of the PAT neglected their official duties by allowing seven employees to submit fraudulent overtime claims.
