Phra Khanong Police Chief Addresses Allegations of Fabricated Charges
The Phra Khanong Police Chief has denied claims of misconduct regarding a long-standing land dispute case involving a woman known as 'Pa Da'.
On August 18, 2026, Police Colonel Chaiwat Pradubthai, Chief of Phra Khanong Police Station, addressed public allegations made by a woman identified as 'Pa Da'. She had claimed that local police fabricated charges against her and issued fraudulent arrest warrants.
According to Colonel Chaiwat, the legal proceedings against Pa Da and others stem from a protracted land dispute that began in 1995. Following a 2016 Supreme Court ruling that declared the original land title invalid due to coastal erosion, a group claiming to be estate executors continued to occupy the area.
