Thailand Content Market 2026 Generates Nearly 10 Billion Baht in Trade Value
The inaugural Thailand Content Market 2026 event concluded with significant trade results, signaling Thailand's ambition to become a regional leader in the creative content industry.
According to Khaosod Online, the inaugural 'Thailand Content Market 2026' event, held from July 20–22, 2026, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, has reported a total trade negotiation value of 9,792.4 million baht (approximately 288 million USD). Phornwich Sila-on, Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), stated that the event facilitated 1,706 business matching appointments.
Of the total value, 265.7 million baht (7.8 million USD) represents immediate sales, while an additional 2,669.4 million baht is projected to materialize within the next year. The event aims to position Thailand as a leader in the ASEAN creative content market, with aspirations to compete with major players like China and India.
