The victim reported being slapped, punched, forced to submerge her head in a sink, and compelled to bow at the suspect's feet.
On August 10, 2026, investigators from the Choeng Thale Police Station formally pressed charges against the minor in the presence of a public prosecutor, a psychologist, and individuals requested by the child, in accordance with legal procedures. The following day, the suspect was brought before the Juvenile and Family Court to verify the legality of the detention and the investigative process.
