According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, district officials led by Phatthanan Noijinda stopped a brown Toyota Vigo pickup truck traveling toward Thong Pha Phum district at approximately 2:00 PM.
Upon inspection, officers discovered 12 Myanmar nationals—10 men and one woman—hidden inside the vehicle. Three of the individuals were found lying flat in the truck bed, concealed under a plastic net. The 28-year-old driver, who lacked identification documents, was also detained. Preliminary investigations indicate that the group had traveled from Phaya Tong Su, Myanmar, utilizing a combination of walking and vehicle transport through natural border crossings. None of the passengers possessed valid passports or legal permits to reside in Thailand.
