On August 7, 2026, Phuket City Police, in coordination with the Phuket Provincial Public Health Office, conducted a raid on a rented room located in Soi King Kaew, Ratsada Subdistrict. According to a report by Khaosod Online, authorities arrested a 25-year-old woman, identified by the pseudonym 'Ploy,' for the illegal sale of weight-loss products.
During the operation, officials seized several items as evidence, including four sets of weight-loss peptide kits, 12 syringes (0.5 cc each), and a mobile phone used for transactions. The raid was led by senior police officers and a specialized pharmacist from the provincial health department.
