According to Khaosod Online, Carabao Group has officially launched the 'Carabao 7-a-Side Cup 2026,' marking the fifth consecutive year of the competition. The tournament aims to provide amateur footballers across Thailand with a platform to showcase their skills under the theme 'From our local fields to Wembley.'
This year, the format has been updated to a league system across 16 partner venues nationwide, involving 192 teams. The initiative emphasizes local pride, with winners from each venue advancing to a national championship. The ultimate prize for the national champions includes a trip to witness the Carabao Cup Final of the 2026/27 season at Wembley Stadium in England, alongside a total prize pool exceeding 3 million baht.
