Investigation Underway After Dog Dragged by Motorcycle in Lampang

Local vendors at the market discovered the injured dog and pooled their own funds to cover initial medical expenses. They coordinated with the Lampang City Municipality’s disaster prevention and mitigation department to transport the animal to the Nakhon Lampang Animal Hospital for emergency care. During questioning, the suspect claimed that the dog’s chain had become entangled with his motorcycle without his knowledge, asserting that he was in a hurry to reach the market for his business. He further suggested that dogs should be kept indoors.
