Origin Property Unveils Major Investment Roadmap for Phuket

According to a report by Prachachat Business, Origin Property is intensifying its development efforts in Phuket. Following the successful launch of eight projects since 2023, the developer has outlined a strategic roadmap to expand its presence in the region over the next three years. The company aims to reach a cumulative portfolio value of 31.6 billion baht by 2028.

For the current year, the company is launching new condominium projects in the Cherngtalay and Patong areas. Furthermore, Origin Property is entering into joint ventures with major hotel chains to develop three new hospitality properties. These hotel projects are scheduled to open progressively between the fourth quarter of 2026 and 2028.

For residents and travellers, this expansion signals a significant increase in high-end residential and hospitality infrastructure in key tourist hubs.
