Actress Rachaneekorn Wins 7.7 Million Baht Lawsuit Against Le Luck Hospital

According to a report by Khaosod Online, Thai actress Rachaneekorn has successfully concluded a three-year legal dispute against Le Luck Hospital, its owner Pitsapan Srichaiyant, and a physician. The court of first instance ruled in favor of the actress, who had originally filed a lawsuit seeking 50 million baht in damages related to a facial cosmetic surgery procedure.

During a press conference held alongside her lawyer, Sitthichai Krittiyamethakul, Rachaneekorn expressed relief, noting that the legal battle had caused her significant personal distress and public scrutiny. She stated that for the past three years, she felt compelled to wear a mask in public due to the negative social stigma and lack of confidence resulting from the unresolved case. She emphasized that the court's decision has finally allowed her to move forward.
