Wattanavekin Group Announces 700 Million Baht 'PADDIO' Neighborhood Hub in Bang Na
The Wattanavekin Group is developing a new 45-rai community shopping center in the Bang Na district, scheduled to open in late 2026.
According to Khaosod Online Thailand, the Wattanavekin Group has unveiled plans for 'PADDIO,' a new neighborhood hub located in the Bang Na area. The project represents an investment of over 700 million baht and spans 45 rai of land, which is part of a larger 400-rai land development initiative.
Supatch Wattanavekin, CEO of Chotithanawat Co., Ltd., stated that the center is designed around the concept of 'Everyday Living Made Easy' to cater to the growing local community and increasing purchasing power in the district. The facility will feature approximately 10,000 square meters of leasable space and is situated near the outbound side of the Bang Na-Trat Road.
For residents and travelers, this development signals further commercial expansion in the Bang Na corridor, potentially offering new retail and lifestyle amenities by the time it opens in late 2026. While the project is currently underway, specific details regarding the full list of tenants and the exact grand opening date remain to be confirmed as construction progresses toward the end of 2026.
