SawaPilot Terms and Privacy Notice

Purpose

SawaPilot is an optional private organizer for dates, documents metadata, reminders and user-entered administrative information related to life in Thailand.

No professional advice

SawaPilot is not an immigration officer, lawyer, tax adviser, insurer, bank or government service. Official stamps, notices, contracts and authorities prevail. Verify critical actions with the relevant authority.

Your data

You choose what to enter. Information is private to your account and is not displayed in public profiles, Sawa+ or partner directories. Do not enter information you do not need for a reminder.

Reminders and sources

Dates are organizational reminders, not legal determinations. Rules can change; a source or reminder may require verification. Notifications depend on your enabled preferences.

Your choices

You may deactivate SawaPilot, export account data or request deletion under the SawaLife privacy tools. Deactivation does not publish or share your private records.

Accepting

By activating SawaPilot you confirm you have read and accept these terms and the SawaLife privacy notice.

Integrated SawaPilot workspace

The travel profile, checklist, calendar, visa timeline, tracked records, budget projection and document vault can reuse information between them to avoid inconsistent duplicates. You remain responsible for reviewing saved information.

Budget, reminders and delivery

Amounts may be aggregated into an indicative SawaPilot projection and are not accounting or financial advice. Reminder delivery is not guaranteed. Adding a date does not enable email; eligible delivery categories and channels must be selected separately in Alert preferences.

Private records and documents

Enter only information needed for organization. Do not store passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information. Keep official originals and appropriate backups; no online storage eliminates every risk.

Document retention

Documents you upload to the SawaPilot vault are kept for as long as you keep them there. You can remove an individual document at any time from the vault; deactivating SawaPilot or deleting your account removes them under the retention terms of the SawaLife privacy policy.

Feature availability

SawaPilot is only available where enabled for your account and may depend on your subscription plan. Access can change if a plan changes or if the feature is temporarily disabled; this does not affect the organizational records you have already saved, which remain accessible once access resumes.

Control and changing rules

You can update or remove tracked records, permanently delete eligible completed or dismissed dates, disable SawaPilot, export account data or request account deletion. Official rules, fees, forms and third-party services can change, so critical steps must be checked with the responsible authority or contracting party.
