True Digital Park is a tech and startup campus on Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok’s Phra Khanong district, next to BTS Punnawithi station. Its slogan is “One Roof, All Possibilities”: an integrated work-and-lifestyle complex of more than 230,000 sq m where more than 6,000 participants – startups, tech companies, investors, advisers, universities and government agencies – share the same ecosystem. It grew from the vision of Supachai Chearavanont, Executive Chairman of CP Group; the East side opened in 2019 as Thailand’s first startup ecosystem, followed by the West side in 2022.
Working here means a choice of office space (from the 4th floor), co-working on floors 6–7 of the East building, meeting and workshop rooms, and event venues including the Grand Hall, an auditorium with open space and a town hall. A regular calendar of events, workshops and talks keeps the community active, and the campus is built as a smart-city testbed with IoT, AI and 5G infrastructure.
Living here is just as complete: more than 200 shops, restaurants and wellness options, a Virgin Active fitness club, a Kid Zone, a Pet Zone, free Wi-Fi and EV charging, plus large public green spaces with a 540 m outdoor running track and the elevated “Sky Track”. The business services listed on site include corporate innovation programmes, an ecosystem tour and information on Thailand’s long-stay visa options (Destination Thailand Visa, SMART S Visa, LTR Visa) and the Thailand Privilege Card.
The architecture is as notable as the programme: terraced, planted façades and skybridges make it one of Bangkok’s greenest campuses. It holds TREES Platinum and LEED Gold (2023) certifications, is designed to the WELL standard, and has been recognised with the Prime Minister’s Digital Awards (Digital Organisation of the Year, 2019), the ORIGIN Innovation Awards (Best Community Builder, 2020), a Bronze Stevie Award (2023) and the Prime Minister’s Award 2025 for human-capital development.
