Pure Heart Foundation and Matichon Deliver Wheelchairs to Nan Province

According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand, the Pure Heart Foundation has collaborated with the Matichon media group to provide five wheelchairs to elderly, disabled, and mobility-impaired residents in Nan province. This initiative aims to improve the daily quality of life and mobility for vulnerable groups in the region.

The donation process began on July 21, 2026, when Thianrat Navamawat, President of the Pure Heart Foundation, officially handed over the wheelchairs at the Institute for Skill Development 26 in Nonthaburi. The equipment was received by Sanchai Phattharawarakul, Director of the Institute for Skill Development 20 in Chiang Rai, and Nittaya Saengphumpong, Director of the Institute for Skill Development 26 in Nonthaburi.

Logistical support for the project was provided by Thep Sombat Co., Ltd. (Sombat Tour), which facilitated the transportation of the wheelchairs to their final destination in Nan.

For residents and travelers, this initiative highlights ongoing efforts by private organizations and local foundations to address accessibility challenges in northern Thailand. While the wheelchairs have been successfully handed over for distribution, the specific timeline for the final delivery to individual recipients in Nan remains to be confirmed by local authorities.
