While he was away, an individual suspected of being under the influence of narcotics entered the vehicle and drove away. Inside the truck were the man’s 30-year-old wife, their two-year-old daughter, their nine-year-old son, and a six-year-old nephew. As the suspect accelerated, the mother and children were forced to jump from the moving vehicle to escape.
