Educational Innovation Expands to Southern Thailand

According to a report by Thai Post, the Institute of Academic Development (IAD) has officially expanded its 'GPAS 5 Steps' active learning model into Southern Thailand for the first time. This initiative, which previously served as a pilot program in Ratchaburi, was recently showcased during a workshop held at the Wang Tai Hotel in Surat Thani.

The workshop, organized in collaboration with the Thepmit Suksa School network, focused on training educators to implement high-level systematic thinking processes. The curriculum aligns with the 2008 Basic Education Core Curriculum, as updated in 2017. The primary goal of this expansion is to foster youth innovation and enhance student competencies through active learning methodologies.
