A tragic incident in Bang Phli district has left one person dead and another unconscious following an apparent electric shock in floodwaters.
On September 27, 2026, a fatal incident occurred in a flooded housing estate located in the Bang Phli district of Samut Prakan province. According to reports from Khaosod English, one individual died and a second person was found unconscious after suffering an apparent electric shock while navigating through floodwaters.
The Ruam Katanyu Foundation’s Disaster Response Team was dispatched to the scene, utilizing a high-clearance rescue vehicle to traverse the inundated area and reach the victims.
