The Ministry of Interior has mandated three urgent measures: enhancing 24-hour surveillance of water levels and high-risk areas (such as low-lying zones and mountain slopes), pre-positioning personnel and equipment for rapid deployment, and ensuring that evacuation centers are prepared. The primary focus of these directives is the protection of lives and property.
