In response to the weather conditions, Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has ordered a 24-hour monitoring period and is coordinating with various ministries to ensure an integrated emergency response.
The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) has identified 12 provinces across the Northern, Northeastern, Central, and Eastern regions as areas of particular concern. Authorities are currently working to manage potential risks associated with the heavy downpours.
