During a recent public appearance at Central Rama 2, renowned Thai country singer Hi-Arpa-porn addressed the impact of ongoing scandals within the Buddhist monkhood on her personal life. She admitted that the frequent reports of misconduct have made her hesitant and more cautious when participating in religious merit-making activities. Previously a frequent donor who supported six to seven Kathin ceremonies annually, she has significantly reduced her contributions, stating that she now exercises greater mindfulness before donating.
