National Housing Authority Opens Chachoengsao Land for Private Development

The National Housing Authority (NHA) has announced an initiative to lease a 3-rai plot of land located within the Chachoengsao community housing project. According to Kanokporn Saojphan, Director of the Corporate Communications Department, the NHA is inviting private entities to submit price proposals for the right to lease the land, identified by title deed number 9606. The site is situated along Road 314 (Bang Pakong-Chachoengsao) in Lat Khwang, Ban Pho District.

The primary objective of this project is to facilitate the development of parking facilities and associated commercial activities, aiming to optimize the utility of the organization's assets. For residents and frequent travelers in the Chachoengsao area, this development could lead to improved infrastructure and parking availability along the busy 314 route, potentially easing congestion or providing better services for those commuting through the region.

As of now, the NHA has opened the bidding process to interested private parties.
