Thai Yamaha Motor and the Association of Private Technological and Vocational Education Colleges have concluded the 'Yamaha Achiwork' competition, awarding top digital marketing students.
Thai Yamaha Motor, in collaboration with the Association of Private Technological and Vocational Education Colleges, has officially announced the winners of the 'Yamaha Achiwork' project. This initiative was designed to equip vocational students across Thailand with practical digital marketing skills through intensive training and real-world challenges.
According to Khaosod Online, the competition attracted 141 teams of students from vocational and technical colleges nationwide. Following a rigorous selection process, 20 teams advanced to the final round, from which five teams were ultimately crowned as the top young creators of the year. The winners shared a total prize pool valued at over 100,000 Thai Baht.
Ukrit Pakviwat, Deputy General Manager of Commercial Planning and Marketing at Thai Yamaha Motor, stated that the program aims to prepare the next generation of digital marketers for the competitive professional landscape by providing them with hands-on experience.
For residents and those interested in Thailand’s educational landscape, this event highlights the ongoing efforts by private corporations to bridge the gap between vocational training and industry requirements. While the competition has concluded, the long-term impact on the participants' career trajectories remains to be seen as they transition into the workforce. No further details regarding future iterations of the program have been confirmed at this time.
