The Thailand Government Public Relations Department reported that government official Jeset has praised the land consolidation project in Trai Trueng sub-district, Kamphaeng Phet province. The initiative successfully improved local infrastructure, including the construction of new roads and the installation of electricity and water utilities, without resorting to traditional land expropriation methods.
This achievement was made possible through the cooperation of 37 landowners who voluntarily contributed portions of their property for public use. As a result of this collaborative effort, the value of the remaining land plots has reportedly increased.
