Seacon Square and ONEP Launch Food Waste Reduction Initiative
Seacon Square shopping center and the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) have partnered to promote food waste reduction and greenhouse gas mitigation.
On September 24, 2026, the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) and Seacon Square shopping center held a ceremony to advance their collaborative environmental initiative, 'Seacon Zero Waste: From Waste to Energy for a Clean Future.'
Representing the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Deputy Permanent Secretary Preeyaporn Suwannakes presided over the event at Seacon Square Srinakarin. During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to model shops participating in the Low Emission Support Scheme (LESS), a program designed to recognize and encourage efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
