Popular TikTok Influencer Files Complaint Over Abandoned Home Construction Project
A well-known Thai influencer has sought legal assistance after a contractor allegedly abandoned a knockdown house project, leaving the structure uninhabitable and poorly constructed.
On September 24, 2026, a 54-year-old TikTok influencer known as 'Pa Nuch' visited Thanakrit Law Firm to file a formal complaint regarding a failed home construction project. According to reports from Khaosod Online, Pa Nuch and her son had contracted a builder from Roi Et province in February 2025 to construct a knockdown wooden house in Nakhon Pathom. The son reportedly paid 550,000 baht for the project.
Pa Nuch alleges that the contractor abandoned the site, leaving the house in an uninhabitable state. She highlighted significant construction flaws, including doors installed as windows and windows mounted horizontally that cannot be opened. Additionally, she noted mysterious 'WY' markings left on the property.
