Thailand Launches Phase 2 of 'Thai Helps Thai Plus' Economic Stimulus

The program, funded through the 2026 Emergency Decree on energy crisis management, consists of two primary measures with a total budget not exceeding 42.69 billion baht. First, the government will provide an additional 1,000 baht to state welfare cardholders for one month. Second, the 'Thai Helps Thai Plus (60/40)' scheme will provide 1,000 baht in spending support over a two-month period, running from October to November 2026.
