On September 22, 2026, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) of Thailand released the mandatory asset and liability disclosure for Nakarin Mektrirat, who concluded his tenure as President of the Constitutional Court on July 24, 2026. According to Khaosod Online, the filing covers his period of service, which included his role as a Constitutional Court judge from November 2015 to March 2024, followed by his presidency from March 2024 until July 2026.
Nakarin reported total assets of 44,213,996 Thai Baht, shared with his spouse, Supaporn Mektrirat. His personal assets account for 33,027,702 Baht, which include 21 bank accounts totaling 5,795,294 Baht, investments valued at 3,332,408 Baht, and real estate holdings worth 23,600,000 Baht. The report also noted minor liabilities in the form of an overdraft amounting to 16,514.30 Baht. Additionally, the disclosure highlighted that his spouse maintains a collection of gold and gold jewelry.
