According to a report by Khaosod Online, SCG JWD Logistics Public Company Limited (SJWD) successfully completed its first digital debenture offering, raising 500 million baht in just 46 seconds. The sale was conducted through the 'Paotang' mobile application, a digital infrastructure platform developed by Krungthai Bank.
Rawin Boonyanusasna, head of Krungthai Bank’s Global Markets Group, stated that the rapid subscription reflects strong investor confidence in SJWD and highlights the efficiency of the Paotang platform. The application allows users to manage the entire investment lifecycle, including subscription, payment, interest collection, and secondary market trading, all within a single interface.
