GPSC Subsidiary Helios Signs EPC Contract for 148 MW Solar Farm Project
Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) has announced that its subsidiary, Helios, has signed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreement for a new 148 MW solar farm project.
According to a report by Thai Post on September 22, 2026, Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), the power innovation arm of the PTT Group, has moved forward with its clean energy expansion. The company’s subsidiaries, Helios 1 Co., Ltd. and Helios 2 Co., Ltd., have officially signed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract with the Getz AKK Joint Venture.
This agreement marks a significant step in the development of a 148-megawatt ground-mounted solar farm project. The contract covers the design, procurement, and construction phases necessary to bring the facility online. The signing ceremony was attended by GPSC CEO Worawat Pitayasiri alongside representatives from Helios and the Getz AKK consortium.
