Frasers Property (Thailand) has established a new industrial estate business unit to develop over 2,000 rai of land within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
According to a report by Khaosod Online Thailand on September 22, 2026, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited has announced the formation of a new business unit, 'Frasers Property Industrial Estate.' This strategic move is designed to capitalize on future investment trends and support the growth of high-value industries in Thailand.
The company plans to develop more than 2,000 rai of land located within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). This new division will oversee the management of the 'ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway' project and spearhead the development of new industrial estates and industrial cities. According to CEO Lim Hua Tiong, the initiative aims to leverage the company’s existing real estate expertise to foster sustainable industrial growth.
